Matty joined the team in 2007 and has been a familiar, friendly face at the counter ever since. Known for his deep product knowledge and great sense of humour, he’s always ready to help customers find exactly what they need – and often remembers it before they even ask!

He’s not just a valued team member – he’s our in-house memory bank and a key part of what makes the Ellesmere branch so welcoming.

When he’s not helping customers, Matty’s usually:

  • Enjoying a flutter on the horses

  • Spending time with his beloved sausage dogs
