TG Builders Merchants Northwich team racing their homemade kart at Northwich Krazy Races 2022

A huge well done to the team at TG Builders Merchants Northwich for taking on the thrills (and spills!) of this year’s Northwich Krazy Races – and securing an impressive 9th place finish in the process!

On Sunday, Craig, Tom, Robbie and Dan suited up, strapped in, and launched themselves down Castle Street in their brilliantly hand-built kart. The 350-metre course was no easy feat, complete with chicanes, water splashes, ramps, and the occasional near-miss with traffic lights and the swing bridge!

But it wasn’t just about speed and survival – the team took part in the event to raise vital funds for St Luke's Cheshire Hospice, a local charity providing compassionate care for those who need it most.

So far, they've raised £335 and counting
