TG Concrete Now Producing Cemfloor Liquid Screed at Oswestry Plant

TG Concrete, part of the Tudor Griffiths Group, has expanded its capabilities by starting local production of Cemfloor liquid screed at its Oswestry site. This follows continued investment in the plant, including the installation of a new 100-tonne silo, and reflects growing demand for high-performance flooring products across Shropshire, Cheshire, and Mid and North Wales.

Meeting Demand for Smarter Screed Solutions

Cemfloor is a revolutionary liquid screed system, offering faster installation, higher strength, and better workability than traditional sand and cement screeds. It also dries quickly, allowing earlier access and the application of floor finishes – a major benefit for time-sensitive projects.

Dave Morris, Director of TG Concrete, commented:

“We’ve seen growing demand for Cemfloor across our region. Producing it locally in Oswestry means shorter lead times and greater flexibility for our customers.”

Why Choose Cemfloor?

Cemfloor is ideal for residential, commercial, and self-build projects. Its key benefits include:

  • Fast drying times – reduces delays on site

  • Excellent thermal conductivity – perfect for underfloor heating

  • Self-compacting and crack-resistant

  • Smooth, level finish with minimal shrinkage

Full Cemfloor Range Now Available at Oswestry

TG Concrete’s Oswestry plant can now supply the full Cemfloor range, including:

  • Cemfloor Therm – optimised for underfloor heating systems

  • Cemfloor NH – ideal for non-heated floors

  • Cemfloor Level Plus – for thin section floors with a precise level finish

  • Cemfloor C35 HPC – high-strength concrete for demanding environments

“This is a major step forward for the Oswestry plant,” added Dave. “It shows how our ongoing investment and customer focus are helping us meet growing demand for advanced products like Cemfloor.”
