TG Group Announces Senior Team Restructure to Support Growth Strategy

Tudor Griffiths Group (TG Group) has announced a senior management reshuffle as part of its long-term growth and development strategy.

The company, headquartered in Ellesmere, Shropshire, supplies construction materials, ready-mixed concrete, waste management, and recycling services across the English–Welsh border region. This latest leadership update reflects the Group’s focus on strengthening its internal structure and preparing for continued expansion following the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Long-Serving Team Members Appointed to Divisional Boards

Four senior staff members, each with many years of service at TG Group, have been promoted to board-level positions within key company divisions:

  • Mark Evans, General Manager at TG Builders’ Merchants, has been appointed to the TG Builders’ Merchants Board

  • Jamie Jones, TG Group Transport Manager, and Dave Morris, General Manager of TG Concrete, have joined the Board of Tudor Griffiths Limited

  • Stuart Lawrence, TG Group Estates Manager, now sits on the Board of Ellesmere Sand and Gravel Limited

These appointments recognise the commitment and leadership each has shown in their respective roles.

New Group Finance Manager and Company Secretary

In addition to the internal promotions, Carla Jackson has joined TG Group as Group Finance Manager and Company Secretary. Carla brings a strong background in finance and governance, having previously worked with WR Partners (formerly Whittingham Riddell) and in senior finance roles within the care sector.

“These changes are an important part of our growth strategy,” said Tudor Griffiths, Managing Director.
“We’re proud to promote talented team members who know our business inside and out, and we’re thrilled to welcome Carla, whose experience will add real value as we plan for the future.”

Committed to Developing Talent

TG Group continues to champion internal development and long-term career growth.

“Encouraging staff development has always been central to our success. The experience and drive of our new directors, along with Carla’s financial insight, will help take each division to the next level,” added Tudor.
