TG Hardwicks Welcomes New Team Members Driving Growth in Kidderminster

TG Hardwicks in Kidderminster has strengthened its team with two key appointments: Mark Roslanowski joins as Branch Manager, and Nathan Leak as Counter Sales. Both bring extensive industry experience from the timber merchant sector and have already made a positive impact.

Growing the Trade Offering

Mark and Nathan's main focus is to grow TG Hardwicks’ trade customer base by expanding the range of building products available at competitive prices—in line with other TG Builders Merchants branches.

Thanks to a strong inter-branch transfer network, TG Hardwicks can now offer fast access to stock that may not be held on site, helping customers get what they need quickly and efficiently.

“We’re excited to welcome Mark and Nathan. Their knowledge and drive will be key to achieving our goals,” said Mark Evans, Director at TG Builders Merchants.

More Timber Products and Better Stock Solutions

The branch has already expanded its timber range to include:

  • Structural timber

  • Decking

  • Cladding

  • Sheet materials

Plans are also in place to build a dry store, allowing the team to stock weather-sensitive materials all year round.

Still the Go-To for Hard Landscaping

While TG Hardwicks is known for its landscaping expertise, it remains a welcoming place for both trade and the public. The branch continues to stock:

  • Decorative aggregates

  • Artificial grass

  • Sandstone and porcelain paving

“We want to be the first choice for building materials in the region,” said Mark Roslanowski, Branch Manager. “That means high-quality products, competitive pricing, and excellent customer service.”

Investing in People

TG Hardwicks is also focused on staff development. Ongoing training and internal promotion will be key to growing the branch and delivering the best possible service.

“Our staff are our greatest asset. By investing in their development, we’re investing in our customers too,” added Mark.
